Ur Late

Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Ur Late, run by [operator’s legal name and postal address, to be added before launch]. By creating an account you agree to them.

The short version

Ur Late is a running joke between people who like each other. Use it to keep track of who kept whom waiting, not to bully anyone. Minutes owed are for fun and aren’t a debt anyone can enforce.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older, or older where local law requires it. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time in the app or on our delete-account page.

What you add

You own what you add: names, notes and photos. You give us permission to store and show it to the people and groups you keep track of so Ur Late can work. Don’t add anything you don’t have the right to share, and don’t put more about a placeholder person than their name.

Fair play

Don’t use Ur Late to harass, threaten or humiliate anyone, to impersonate someone, or to post anything illegal. Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the service, or guess other people’s invite codes. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Minutes aren’t money

Minutes owed on Ur Late are a bit of fun, not a debt. Nobody has to pay anything because of a balance, unless you’ve both agreed on your own stakes, which are between you.

Premium

Keeping track is free. Ur Late Premium adds extras, such as unlimited groups, more share-card looks and full stats. It’s a subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, at the price shown before you buy.

It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you keep Premium until then. Refunds are handled by the store you paid. Deleting your Ur Late account doesn’t cancel the subscription.

Rewarded ads

You never have to watch an ad. If you choose to, watching one to the end unlocks a Premium extra for 24 hours, up to three ads a day. Closing an ad early just means no reward. Premium members see no ads.

The service

We work hard to keep Ur Late running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is. We may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for entries or balances you disagree with. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app first. You can stop using Ur Late and delete your account at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by [the law of the operator’s EU country, to be added before launch], without taking away the protection of the consumer law where you live.
